What happened: I received package yesterday for order AP********. The box was sealed with ONE piece of tape on each side. The box was dented everywhere with remnants of tape everywhere…hence it was not sealed at all. When I opened the box, I had to shake the snow off of the two items as both were thrown in there with no wrapping at all. To add insult, instead of the coat I ordered, there was a $*** size medium coat inside! I cannot believe that any employee could be so callous about their job that they would think this appropriate for any customer to receive! Your customer service is sending me the coat I ordered today. Thank goodness that I am honest to return this very expensive mistake to your company! I’m hoping somewhere that I can send you a picture of what this looks like!
