What happened: Hello, I have had a very irritating problem and your customer service program has not helped me at all. The situation, still unresolved, is this: I ordered two sets of salad servers from the Anthropologie website that apparently originated at Connected Goods. These servers were sent to my old address instead of my new one. The new home owners very kindly sent them back to the seller. Soon after I realized the mistake, I began reaching out to Anthopologie to have them sent to my current address. Unfortunately, despite talking to a customer service person on the phone, the items were again sent to the old address. I reached out again several times to try to resolve the problem. The customer service folks (via chat and phone) told me to use a link embedded on the Anthropologie order page to contact Connected Good directly. However there was no link, which your folks acknowledged in real time. They then told me the customer service department would call me with how to proceed. That never happened, Now I have reached out to Connected Good via their website and we will see if they get back to me.
